Bobby Wess

Bobby was first licensed in 2013 and spent two years at Coldwell Banker Intown in Virginia-Highland, earning New Agent of the Year in his first year. Ten years at Keller Williams followed, during which he founded Bobby Wess Real Estate in 2016, the same year he bought his first rental property. He has earned the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producer award eight years running.

Before any of that, he managed his family’s Decatur-based rental property business from 2006 to 2013, running twelve doors across southeast Atlanta. That stretch taught him how real estate works as a long-term financial tool rather than a single transaction, and it is still the foundation of the advice he gives.

Jane Acuff

Associate Broker, REALTOR®

Originally from Tennessee, Jane has called the Decatur area home for more than twenty years. After a career as an Air Force pilot she began investing in real estate, then turned that into a full-time practice and eventually her own brokerage before joining Bobby Wess Real Estate.

She approaches clients with the same poise it takes to fly a jet: heightened awareness, and a readiness to respond when the trajectory changes suddenly. It makes her patient with questions and unflappable when a deal gets complicated.

Listing and marketing is where she is happiest, positioning homes for their maximum return and coordinating the photographers, repair vendors and marketing that get them there on the seller’s timeline.

Ben Dowell

Associate Broker, REALTOR®

Ben bought his first home in 1999, a fixer-upper that had sat vacant for eight years, and did most of the work himself. He has been deep in building and real estate ever since, serving greater Atlanta with a particular focus on the intown neighborhoods of the southeast side.

That hands-on background means he spots potential problems on a first walkthrough and knows the right contractor to call for the repair. Easy going by nature, he turns fierce on price, which is a useful combination to have on your side of the table.

He holds a special place for first-time buyers and feeds off their enthusiasm. Whether it is your first purchase or your fifth, you are in good hands. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University.

Amber Remm

REALTOR®

Amber brings more than fifteen years across marketing, sales, customer success and real estate. Originally from Wisconsin, she has called the Atlanta-Emory neighborhood home since 2008.

Before real estate she was Chief Revenue Officer at Springbot, an ecommerce marketing platform, responsible for customer acquisition, retention and growth. She built teams, navigated a shifting technology market and kept customers pointed at the outcomes they actually wanted.

As a homeowner and property investor herself, she knows buying and selling is time-consuming, exciting and daunting by turns. Her read on the Atlanta market and her attention to detail are what clients mention first.

Amber earned her degree in Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, where she was a four-year student-athlete. Outside work: travel, golf, pickleball and family.
