Bobby is an absolutely fantastic realtor. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Atlanta market and uses that knowledge to guide his clients towards or away from specific areas — down to the street. He has an eye for ‘gems’ and gives great advice regarding what to look for when house hunting. He’s very knowledgeable about the process (great for first time home buyers!). He is very patient, even in the face of an abundance of dumb questions. It’s very apparent that his top priority is looking out for you as the client.

We also have experience with Bobby as a landlord. He was very attentive to his property. His property was impeccably maintained — he cares for the home as if it was his primary place of residence. Very quick to respond to any issues/questions. The process of signing us on to the lease was very simple and professional. He is a very reasonable person, and we were very lucky to live in one of his properties for almost a year.

Bobby is a terrific realtor! I was nervous as a first-time home-buyer, but he guided me through every step of the process. With the short supply of houses on the market in the last year, it ended up taking over 10 months from the start of my search to closing. Even through all of that time, he never made me feel rushed at all and was always available to go see the next one that came on the market. Bobby is very knowledgeable and was a great asset when looking at houses, pointing out an electrical system that would need updating and identifying what kinds of trees are in the backyard (and whether they’ll be an asset or a hassle). He’ll also always give you his honest opinion, even if that ends up delaying or reducing his eventual commission. He knows how to help you make a competitive offer without overpaying. Bobby will go above and beyond for you from your first day looking all the way through closing. I can’t say enough good things about him, and I’ll recommend him to anyone who will listen.

Bobby was a fantastic asset in the search for our first home. He far exceeded our expectations of a realtor. His knowledge of the area is extensive, and we appreciated his attention to detail, from tiles installed inside to hardwoods growing outside. His appreciation for original craftsmanship really stood out, and without his expertise we would still be searching for our next home, rather than moving into our dream home. He kept in touch about sales activity, and also provided a rationale for decreasing the price.
